SHIPPING POLICY
At Belvyne, we offer FREE shipping on all orders to the United
Kingdom — no minimum spend required.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once
dispatched, standard delivery takes 7–14 business days,
depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation
email with tracking information as soon as your order is
on its way.
Please note that during peak periods, processing times may
be slightly longer. If you have any questions about your
order, our customer service team is always happy to help.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely
happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days
of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened and in
its original packaging.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at
hello@belvyne.com with your order number and reason for
return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how
to send your item back.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility
of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving
the returned item.
